Buyers and suppliers follow separate admission reviews. SCF checks the legal entity, the person acting for it and the market scope they need before any private requirement or offer becomes visible.
What SCF needs to establish.
The evidence follows the role and risk. A German buyer and a cross-border fuel supplier should not be put through an identical checklist.

Product, geography, expected volume and a legitimate business need for using the marketplace.

Entity and authority
Registry extract, VAT status where relevant, beneficial ownership and evidence that the applicant may bind or represent the company.

Counterparty risk
Sanctions and ownership screening, adverse information, credit and bank-account verification, licences, insurance and delivery capability where applicable.

Controlled access
Marketplace terms, approved products and regions, user role, transaction limits, passkey enrolment and a dated review cycle.
