SC & F / MARKETPLACE 01

More competition.
Without rebuilding procurement.

A buyer gives one selected fuel requirement to a suitable, verified supplier group. Existing supply relationships can remain. The marketplace adds a credible comparison, a second-source option or additional competition where it is useful.

How an order moves

From a trial requirement to an evidenced decision.

The marketplace should not make procurement harder. It makes suppliers answer the same question and keeps the decision understandable afterwards.

  1. 01

    Review membership

SCF checks the organization, authorized users, market role, products and regions before business data becomes visible.

  2. 02

    Fix the requirement

The buyer states grade, quantity, delivery point, window, delivery basis and internal approval.

  3. 03

    Invite suitable suppliers

Only suppliers with the matching product and geographic scope receive the request.

  4. 04

    Compare offers

Price basis, payment and exceptions remain visible; unlike offers are not forced into a false ranking.

  5. 05

    Evidence decision and delivery

Approval, confirmation, delivery records and exceptions remain on the transaction.

For both market sides

Buyers gain comparison. Suppliers receive better requests.

BUY / 01

For buyers

Test a second-source option with one selected requirement. You do not have to replace your primary supplier, ERP or internal approvals on day one.

  • One structured request instead of scattered email
  • Delivery basis and exceptions compared directly
  • Approval and award rationale recorded

SELL / 02

For suppliers

Receive no public leads, but requests from a verified circle—matched to product, region and approved supply scope.

  • More complete requirements before pricing
  • Prices visible only to permitted buyers
  • Offer version, exception and delivery evidence connected

Understanding the price

Three kinds of number. Only one can become an order.

A filling-station price, a wholesale reference and a delivered supplier offer answer different questions. SCF never presents one as another.

Interest & admission

Register interest. Do not register blind.

The first form only establishes whether the business, role and market scope appear suitable. SCF then requests necessary evidence through a protected channel. An account exists only after review and approval.

Confidential business circle

Business data stays with the permitted audience.

Buyer requirements, supplier identity and offer prices are not public. Organization and role limit access; sign-ins and important decisions are logged, and sessions can be revoked. Controls do not remove counterparty risk—they make access and decisions accountable.
